       Chef Derrick

   Chef Derrick is the very embodiment of a versatile Chef. Trained by a Master Chef from France and working alongside a Culinary Olympic Chef while educated at the American Culinary Federation Education Program in Nutrition, Food Protection and Chef Management. Completed the Culinary Institute of America course in Creating Healthy Menus.

    Derrick diligently worked his way up to Executive Chef after working for The Ritz Carlton, Capital City Country Club, Shands Healthcare, Sharp Healthcare and numerous quality Food and Beverage outlets to gain acclaim and awards. Derrick hold State and County Serv Safe Certifications. Chef Derrick developed, implemented HCAAP programs for Hotel Chain Kessler Collections and patient menus for Sharp Healthcare System.

    Chef Derrick's experience as an Executive Chef and Culinary Leader for over 20 years Chef Derrick has maintained a commitment to wellness through fresh, healthy, delicious and quality food while providing 5-star dining experience.
